3 minutes from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Enjoy our original beef hotpot and weekly side dishes in a relaxing atmosphere.

I wasn't planning to go because the reviews were low, but an acquaintance recommended it, so I decided to try the beef hotpot! It looks good. They serve it one at a time to warm it up with solid fuel. When the snow (beef bone soup) on top melts, you mix it with miso yourself and eat it, but it doesn't feel like it's boiling at all, and the solid fuel runs out at a lukewarm state, so of course it's not tasty because it's lukewarm. The other snacks were also average. The alcohol is expensive, so it's expensive for people who drink a lot... The appetizer costs 500 yen, and although the restaurant is new, clean, and stylish, the price is high, so I don't think I want to go again. I thought I made a mistake after a long time. I'm sorry, but I can only complain.
