We use 100% Koshihikari rice from the local Minamiuonuma region.
We are particular about ingredients from the Tsumari region, including aged Uonuma brand pork from Tsunan [Tsumari Pork].
The chef selects and purchases seasonal fish from the market every morning. Enjoy Hokkaido's specially selected seasonal ingredients.
