Remarks |
■PayPay available ■Free Wi-Fi available On August 8, 2011, I underwent surgery to fix my lower back. I am working hard on my rehabilitation so that I can meet everyone's expectations, but I am currently only able to prepare a small amount, and I apologize for the inconvenience. We accept reservations by phone, so please feel free to use it. We will close as soon as we run out of soba. Please also see our website. From October 15, 2015, we have prepared chair seats. The chair seats have floor heating, so you can keep your feet warm and comfortable even in winter. In recent years, many customers have requested the installation of chair seats, and we have also received comments from elderly people who have difficulty standing and sitting, saying, "Now I can enjoy my meals more easily." We would like to continue to make small efforts to make our customers more comfortable. Please let us know your suggestions and opinions. Thank you very much. |

...zu, Iwase no Shimizu. Our handmade udon noodles are kneaded and curled by hand for a unique texture. We also offer warm handmade udon noodles, available only in the winter. As they are handmade, there is a limited number available and we will close when they are sold out. You can make reservations by phone. At Sasaoka Elementary School across the street, there is a spring called Iwase no Shimizu, which has been flowing since the Edo period and is one of Echigo Sanshimizu.
