活イカが食べたくて、
このお店を見つけました。
水槽には大きなイカが泳いでいます。
予約の有無を聞かれて無いけど入店。
私達の後に訪問されたお客様は断られていました
イカの活づくりの単品をアサヒ君とオーダー。
間も無くして届けられました。
透き通った身に、眼は黒々、動いてます。
わさび醤油にちょっとつけて、
ねっとりとした歯応えと、甘みが口いっぱい
こんなイカ刺し何年ぶりかなぁ。
ゲソは天ぷらにしてもらいました。
イカ墨塩⁉️で頂きました。
店主に美味しかったとお伝えすると。
