大分県の養殖の毒がないフグの肝は大分県でのみ、食べることができます。
キモをタレにとかして、てっさを食べるととても美味です。ただ想像の範囲内というか、これを食べにわざわざ大分にいくかと聞かれると、そうではないですね、、笑
