大分１人飲み二次会、地元の人に聞いてやってきたが、焼き鳥、鳥刺しがオススメのよう。
大分といえばどこに行けばいいか、アノ方に聞いてみたところ、「まんとく」とのことですが、いっぱいのようでした。宮崎で旨い鳥刺しを食い損ねたので、こちらも鳥刺しが旨いということでお邪魔しました。
府内町から都町へ戻り、
22時までの営業のようですが、20:30頃以降のお客さんは断っているそうですが、焼き鳥が終わっていると伝えられるも、「鳥刺しだけお願いします」とのことでなんとか入れてもらいました。
カウンターは2席ずつ、仕切りがある。
勧められた焼酎はないため、適当に頼み、お通しにキャベツなどの野菜。
【軍鶏料理 刺身盛り】¥1430
ササミと胸がたっぷり盛られる。
やっぱりモモはないのでしょうか。
昨日は宮崎だったから、地頭鶏ですが、大分は軍鶏なんですね。
ササミも胸もどっちもフワフワ、やわやわで臭みもない鳥刺し。
焼き鳥があれば食べてみたかったですが、
とりあえずさっさと三次会に行こう!!
