The exterior looks like walking into a haunted house. When you go up to the second floor and enter, the counter area looks a bit stylish. The rest of the interior feels like Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I chose this restaurant because you can eat Oita's Local Cuisine. Chicken tempura 660 yen Kurome kakiage 550 yen Gyorokke (one piece) 220 yen Bungo beef Steak 2,200 yen Stewed wagyu beef tendon 660 yen Cream cheese marinated in cattleya soy sauce 550 yen Oyster with ponzu sauce 660 yen Bungo beef tataki (small plate) 1,650 yen Grilled Kinkumo pork 660 yen, etc. For the drink, I chose Oita's local beer SORIN brown rice beer, 935 yen. The stewed wagyu beef tendon arrived soon. My family ate it, and apparently there wasn't much beef tendon... It had a sweet flavor, typical of Kyushu. Cream cheese pickled in Cattleya soy sauce This was quite salty. My second glass was Oita's fruit wine Chiebijin black tea plum wine (770 yen) on the rocks. It was a black tea-like plum wine with a refreshing aftertaste. The Bungo beef Steak was well-grilled, but it had a lot of fat so that might have been enough. It has sweet fat and is very delicious when eaten with wasabi! The chicken tempura may have been breast meat, but I was surprised at how tender it was! ! It was so delicious✨✨ Bungo beef tataki It was a small plate and looked cool, so it was really small. It has a lot of marbling, so it might be better suited for Steak than seared meat. It was delicious, but I felt like I only needed one. Gyorokke This is highly praised by my family! ! It felt like they were serving bamboo shoots, but it was freshly fried, fluffy on the inside, and definitely delicious ✨✨ Looking at the menu, I thought it was reasonably priced overall. I thought that, but the amount of each item was small, so I wonder if it was more expensive. Since we went with a large group of people, we finished eating quickly even when the food came, and the next one didn't come for a long time, so there was a long wait. Well, I'm glad I got to eat a lot of Oita food! Thank you for the meal.
