Five of us decided to dine at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) (2nd floor) located in an arcade street about 4-5 minutes walk from JR Oita Station. We just popped in without any prior information. It was all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink for 3,300 yen per person. All food and drinks can be ordered on a touch panel, but is there a time limit? We ordered a variety of dishes, including highballs. For this price, all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink, it's neither good nor bad. Thank you for the meal.
