お昼ご飯に目利きの銀次さんを利用しました。場所は大分駅南口、アクロスプラザ大分駅南のテナントになっています。
週に3日しかお昼営業はしていないとのことで貴重。メニューはどれにしようかと見てみると、海鮮丼も種類がたくさんあって、刺身定食なんかもボリュームがありそう。悩んだ結果、鮪たたき&サーモンビンチョウ丼(¥650)を注文。
5分ほどで完成しました。海鮮丼だけかと思いきやなんとお味噌汁までつくサービスぶり。ではまずお味噌汁から。出汁がよく出ていますねえ、温かみのある味がします、美味しいです。
そして肝心の海鮮丼。わさびをしょうゆに混ぜてかけていただきます。ドリップ感はなく、なおかつ脂もそれなりに載っています。この味で¥650、しかも駅前という立地での価格設定なら充分かと思います。
