Hyugadon is Local Cuisine unique to Tsukumi, Oita Prefecture. Seafood Bowl with tuna topped with a special sesame sauce. You can only eat it here♪ Tuna is topped with a special sesame sauce seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, sake, sesame seeds, and egg yolk, and served with piping hot white rice. This combination is undoubtedly the best. This time I received it from Shio Oto. Located on the second floor of the local product store "Umieru" in the port, you can casually enjoy your meal while looking out at the sea of Tsukumi. Other recommended dishes include yellowtail rice bowl and fan rice bowl made with fresh seafood. Seafood Bowl along the Bungo Channel from Yoshida Kaikan to Saeki are of a really high quality. There are famous restaurants such as Seki Aji Seki Sabakan, Shioyu, and Usagitei. If you start counting, there's no end to it♪
