立派な旧家
なんでも臼杵の豪商の津久見にあった別荘を移築したとか
お庭も部屋もすてきでした!!!!
最初は八寸
マテ貝、からすみなど珍味もあり
見た目もきれい
美味い
碗物
焼き魚はカマス
これは火加減もよく美味しかったです
ここで、カサゴの薄づくり
季節がらフグがなかったのでしょう!!
きもとか皮とかもあり
絶品でした
焼ハモが添えられていました
これも美味い
ハモ湯引きの梅肉

カサゴの煮つけ
これは、お見事というぐらいでかいカサゴ
30センチ以上はありました。
滅茶苦茶美味い!!!
もう限界、おなかパンパン
〆は、赤出汁のカサゴのあら汁とごはん
大満足でした!!!!
