県南の方で、“どんぶり街道”というのをやっているから、どんぶりを食べに行こう！と友達に誘われて、臼杵に行ってきました。
パンフレットに載っていた海鮮丼に惹かれてこちらのお店にしようという事になったのですが、入り口に貼ってあったうにいくら丼の写真に私は釘付け！！しかも、期間限定との事。迷わず頼んでしまいました。
運ばれて来た丼のふたをとって感動！！うにといくらの量がすごい！！写真で見たのと同じ！
食べて見て、うにの甘さに言葉を失いました！すっごく甘い！！こんな甘くて美味しいうにを食べたのは初めてでした。
一緒に行った20年来の付き合いになる友達に、“そんな幸せな顔は初めて見た”と言われるほど、幸せでした。
期間限定という事だったので、今年はもう終わっているかもしれません。。
来年も必ず食べに行こうと思いました。
