【佐伯市城東町2-21より移転】 |
今日は、別府市を出発し、大分市、竹田市、佐伯市と大分県を南下してきました。夜は、「ひかる」という居酒屋さんで食事をしました。ここのお店は新鮮な魚を食べていらっしゃる佐伯市民のみなさんが通いつめるという知る人ぞ知る名店です。私は福岡県のお客さんにこちらでご馳走になったのですが、そのお客さんいはく、「九州で一番美味しい魚が食べれるお店です。」とのお話でした。絶対に予約をしないと入れないので必ず予約して入店するようにいたしましょう。
私が食べたものの一部です。
まぐろのとろの刺身。（日によっては大とろの部位が出ることもあり。）
さざえの刺身。（肝はさっと茹でてあります。）
しめ鯖。（脂がのっておりました。）
日付をまたいでしまいましたが、佐伯市の「ひかる」というお店で食べたものの続きです。
あわびのバター炒め。（身はやわらかにんにくバターでした。）
くじらの刺身。（あっさりとしていて高蛋白）
いわしの刺身（これだけのボリュームで高価ないわしが４００円）
〆はうに丼。（うにのボリュームがはんぱじゃない！）
本当にこちらのお店は魚が美味いと思いました。
このお店を出た後、２次会、３次会へと梯子して、６時間ひたすら食べ続ける自分がいました。
