別府温泉旅行の際に予約して伺いました。
店内は広く、半個室のようで隣のお客さんも気になりません。
ビールを頼み、料理は大分の郷土料理を中心に注文しました。
しいたけ焼き。
これが美味！熱々に焼いた椎茸は香ばしく、香りが濃厚。
りゅうきゅう。
なんの魚か忘れたけど、身がごろっとしていて歯ごたえがよかったです。
とり天、さくさく。
出てくるのが遅かったけど、刺身の盛り合わせは
どれもおいしい。マグロはおまけかな？
〆はだんご汁。
甘めの白味噌仕立てのスープに、野菜と、小麦粉を練ったすいとんのような麺？だんご？が入っていて、やさしいお味で気持ちがほころびます。
大分グルメをゆっくり堪能できました。
