別府に地獄巡りと地獄蒸し料理を食べに伺いました。
蒸篭料理は何度か頂いた事はありますが、地熱利用の地獄蒸し料理は今回が初めてですが、温泉の蒸気で一気に蒸し上げた食材はとても良い蒸し上がりでほのかに温泉の香りもあり、それが良い調味料です。野菜は優しい甘味が出てとても美味しい！
魚介類もふっくら蒸し上がり良い塩味です。
特に良かったのが地獄蒸しピザです。焼きピザと位ると生地ももっちりでふっくらピザで最高でした。
別府泊まりでは無いのでアルコールは飲めま無かったけど気に入りました。次回は別府泊まりでゆっくり伺いたいと思います。
