大分県別府市の駅から歩いて行ける距離にある居酒屋。
人気があるので予約が無難。
訪問数日前に電話で予約してカウンター席が取れた。
単品でそれぞれ注文。
19時30分の訪問だったけれどすでに売り切れの料理があり残念。
前菜は手が込んでおり少しずつ色々な料理を楽しめる。
刺身盛りは予約時に取り置きしていて確保。
新鮮そのものな刺身は美味しい。だけど1人5切れほどでボリュームはなし。
名物は炭火いろり焼き。
本まぐろのスペアリブや鰆の焼き物はカウンターで焼いてからの提供。
どちらも身はふっくら。まぐろのスペアリブは脂のノリも良くジューシー。
鰆はあっさりめ。大きさがありお値段相応の満足感。
原木椎茸の天ぷらやポテトサラダも美味しい。
お値段はお高めだけど質の高さは間違いなし。
接客は丁寧で好印象。この日は少々賑やか過ぎる雰囲気だったので早めに退店。
次回は静かな雰囲気で楽しみたいね。
