It's been a long time since I've had Beppu.This time, I went to Bon Moya, a long-established yakitori restaurant that represents Beppu. I went there when it opened at 6pm, and there were a lot of families gathered in front of the store. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with Takeda chicken is sure to be delicious.
