中津は唐揚げだけでなく、鱧も有名です。
鱧御膳をいただきました。
前菜はウニクラゲや鱧の肝の煮付けなどいろんな味が楽しめます。
鱧刺しはアッサリして食べやすい
鱧ハンペン入りのお吸い物は鰹の出汁が良くきいて美味。
鱧のハンペンみたいな物はふわふわして食べやすい。
鱧のしゃぶしゃぶはコリコリした食感で初めての味。
イカしゅうまいの中に鱧が入っている。
これもふわふわして滑らか食感。
鱧の天ぷらでお腹いっぱい状態。
カリッと揚げられて美味しい。
これで６６００円は大変お得です。
