瓶ビールで ひと息ついて、
特製にぎり(2500円)と茶碗蒸し(500円)を注文。

お通しは茹でイカの酢味噌和えとナマコ酢。
イカの茹で加減が良くて素敵な食感♪

さて にぎりは ヒラメ・まぐろトロ・車海老・穴子・ヤリイカ・カンパチ腹身・生ガキ・ウニの８貫。
テンポ良く提供されました♪

ヒラメは寝かされているけど身がゆるくなった感じ。
それ以外は良い仕上がりで満足♪
