大分県中津市牛神 旧国道10号線から ちょっと入った所 （解りにくいかも）にあります
宮崎地鶏の炭火焼き 「嵐坊」さん 初訪問
昨年、 先輩レビュアー様からのご紹介でしたが なかなか行けず （近いといつでも行ける感あり）やっと今回やっと念願叶って 伺うことができました
まず店の名物の ももばらし （もも肉の炭火焼き）と鳥皮の塩焼きをオーダー たっぷり柚子ごしょうを効かして 生ビールを頂く 最高です
もも肉は固くなく どちらかと言うと柔らかい肉質に驚きました 噛めば噛むほど 旨みが強く ジューシーな炭火焼きです
腹具合と相談しつつ ももピーという ピーマンのごはん詰め （珍しい♪ ） ちょっと濃いめの味付きごはん おっきいピーマンにびっしり とても美味しかった 〆に鳥スープ これが あっさり深い味わい この時期は こういうのが ありがたいですね
