土曜日夕方、次々とお客さんが来る。
人気のラーメンを食べてみた、
好みから大きく外れた苦手な味でした。

レディースセットはメニューでは昼だけ
夜も大丈夫みたいだ。
奥さんが食べたので味はわからない。
ラーメンは豚骨。
トロリとした濃い豚骨スープは
しょっぱさ強く、甘味脂っ気強く。
甘味付けと背脂の苦手ダブルパンチ。
出来るだけ背脂をつまみ出した。
麺は細い低加水麺で硬め。
チャーシューも脂多め。
甘しょっぱく脂が強いのが好きな人向け。
チャーハンは油強め、炒め強め、
その割にパラリ感弱め。
豚骨に砂糖背脂好きな人が多いんですね。
僕は超絶苦手。
