日田駅から歩いて3分程、居酒屋チェーン店魚民さんに行ってきました。みなさんご存じかもしれませんが、かの有名な魚民さんです。日田市グルメを食い尽くす旅3店舗目にしてチェーン店を利用しました。だってお店が開いてないんだもの。。。2店舗目のラーメンで惨敗したのでリベンジと思いチェーン店を利用したのですが、これまた悲しい結果に。ウクライナ支援のお酒がありそちらを注文したのですが、特にウクライナの名産品やゆかりの商品ということではなく、ただの国産のお酒。味に文句はありませんが、売り上げの何割かを義援金に回すとのこと。んでお料理ですが大分名物のとり天を注文したのですが、胸肉のビックリするくらい硬いこと。筋があるのか端っこの肉を噛み切れず非常に食べづらい。無難にチェーン店を利用したのですが、かなりガッカリです。普段はチェーン店の口コミはしないのですが、グルメ旅なのでせっかくなので記録に残すことにしました。他の料理はそれなりです。
