I came here for lunch and ate it, and the seared mackerel was so delicious that I came back in the evening. Potato salad for rice. It also contained thinly sliced ginger, which was a combination that I couldn't find anywhere else. An unprecedented idea. For lunch, I ate seared mackerel with ponzu sauce, but for dinner I would eat the same thing with chives and soy sauce. This is also good! Mackerel and yellow chive with egg? Also ordered. Gentle seasoning. The fluffy eggs are entwined with the mackerel, and the yellow chives also do a great job! No, this is delicious. Apparently it's a store called Urohachi, which is located near the station. Next time, I'd like to try that too. I'm not a drinker, so I was disappointed that I couldn't order local sake. Also, I was not feeling well so I was disappointed that I couldn't eat Oyster from Okayama. I wanted to compare it with Oyster from Hiroshima.
Mackerel Samadhi
The first things I want to eat in Okayama are seared Spanish mackerel and yellow chives. I entered the underground Robata-yaki shop with only a counter. People around me are ordering boiled fish. Boiled sea bream. We didn't ask for that. Seared mackerel is eaten with ponzu sauce. Grilled mackerel fish with salt and charcoal.

神戸通り越して、またまた岡山に来てしまった理由は、ここの鰆狙い!
毎日でも食べたい岡山の鰆!
今回もたたきとカマの塩焼き。
お通しのジャガイモサラダは、家でも作ってみたが、も一度中身を確認。鰹節と3ミリ平方の人参が抜けていた。生姜はガリってほどの薄さではなかった。記憶とはいい加減なものだ。
黄ニラのおひたしは、前回程の感動はなかった。
ここは、カウンター席オンリーだから、一人ご飯利用多いけど、羨ましい。近かったら通いたい!
