This is a limited-time meal in collaboration with Maniwa City and Shinjo Village, located in the northern part of Okayama Prefecture. Enjoy the combination of delicious Maniwa ingredients, such as smoked sweetfish, Hime mochi okakiage, and chawanmushi made with Asahi no Kagayaki eggs, which are known for their rich flavor, with fermented foods such as miso, shio koji, and soy sauce.
