最近よく行くもっこす。
いつも、ボタン鍋しか食べないので今回もボタン鍋を。
同席した人が、ジビエが食べれないと言い出し、このお店で食べるものがあるのか、と心配しました。
ところが、馬刺しを食べて...
日和のオーナーが買収したらしく、初訪問。
もっこすだけに熊本料理の馬刺しはとても美味い。
お店のサービスもとても良いので居心地が良い。
これから人気が出るのかなと思わせるお店でした。

イノシシのコース頂きました、イノシシの鍋かなりボリュームあり、味は味噌味かな。豚汁のイノシシ版みたいな感じです。料理の出るタイミングはかなりスローなのでお酒が進みます。おじさんの説明がかなりグイグイきます
