Food [Ultimate Edo grilled eel]
At our store, we carry a wide selection of high-quality eel, mainly ``Unagi Okayama Momotaro'' from Okayama Prefecture. The meat is opened on the back and delivered using the Kanto-style cooking method ``Edo-yaki,'' which involves not only grilling but also steaming. After steaming it to absorb moisture and making it fluffy and soft, the baking process removes excess fat and gives it a crispy surface. It takes some time to start grilling after receiving your order, but this is the secret to providing delicious eel dishes.
Space[Quiet, elegant and just the right space]
Please use it in a variety of situations, such as drinking alone at the counter seat or for everyday use, or for banquets and entertaining at the tatami room seat. If you make a reservation, we will also be open during lunch hours, so please feel free to meet us or have a lunch party.
