It seems like the store has been around for a long time. I made a reservation and visited, and the infection control measures were perfect. When I was shown to my seat, I was given a bag to put my mask in. 1. Organic vegetable salad 2. Jamon Serrano (Spanish Prosciutto) 3. Grilled turban shell in garlic butter (with baguette) 4. Creamy stewed domestic beef cheek 5. Mixed paella 6. Shrimp Ajillo (separate baguette) 7 .Potato salad 8. Ground beef mashed potato gratin Overall, the seasoning is strong and the taste goes well with alcohol. 1 seems to be different every time as they use vegetables purchased from Soja's contracted farmers, but it was really delicious. It contained cooked potatoes and carrots, but the vegetables tasted sweet (*´∀`*)b It was delicious. 3 requires baguette. Strong saltiness → Drink alcohol 4 is moist. When you put it in your mouth, it's creamy. 5 is for 2 people. The Ajillo is light and has a nice core. 6. I ordered it twice because I like ajillo. The shrimp is delicious. 7. The potato salad has Prosciutto in it and is perfect for a snack. The part-time workers are all very nice people. The restaurant's head chef (owner?) is quiet as he prepares the food, but I was impressed by how he looked at the customers and bowed, "Thank you very much," as they left the restaurant. Come to think of it, there was also a shop that served Ajillo, and although the part-time workers were nice, the owner's attitude was so bad that I stopped going there... Thank you for the treat. It was a store that I would like to come back to again.

I had something to celebrate on this day, so I made an appointment to visit with my family. Although there were a lot of customers, the tables were well spaced and infection control measures were in place. However, the difference from last time was that there was one less person cooking. I often forget to order, and the carpaccio I ordered when I first entered the store was forgotten and came out about an hour later. Some of the customers around me were completely angry. I can't help it because I was a bit angry with the waiter and said that the food I ordered hadn't arrived, but it seems like there are more waiters but fewer people in charge of cooking? The carpaccio and chicken nanban that finally came out were not good. The salad and butter grilled turban shells were delicious. Thank you for the meal.
