It seems like the store has been around for a long time. I made a reservation and visited, and the infection control measures were perfect. The potato salad has Prosciutto in it and is perfect for a snack. The part-time workers are all very nice people. The restaurant's head chef (owner?) is quiet as he prepares the food, but I was impressed by how he looked at the customers and bowed, "Thank you very much," as they left the restaurant. Come to think of it, there was also a shop that served Ajillo, and although the part-time workers were nice, the owner's attitude was so bad that I stopped going there... Thank you for the treat. It was a store that I would like to come back to again.

I had something to celebrate on this day, so I made an appointment to visit with my family. Although there were a lot of customers, the tables were well spaced and infection control measures were in place. However, the difference from last time was that there was one less person cooking. I often forget to order, and the carpaccio I ordered when I first entered the store was forgotten and came out about an hour later. Some of the customers around me were completely angry. I can't help it because I was a bit angry with the waiter and said that the food I ordered hadn't arrived, but it seems like there are more waiters but fewer people in charge of cooking?
