こちらの評判を聞きつけ同僚と訪問。
人気のようなので事前に電話予約するほうが無難かと思われます。
奥に座敷もありそうですがカウンターはおでん鍋を囲んでこじんまり。
客層も含め落ち着いた雰囲気は自分好み。
料理は瀬戸内の魚介をはじめ地物をアテに楽しめます。かなり品数があるので大将と相談しながら。
酒も備前、備中、美作とエリアを3つに分けて紹介してくれてあり、喜平、赤磐雄町、白菊、NINE9、伊七、
和心など地元の酒が10種ほど。ほかにも聞けば揃えてあるとのこと。
酒飲みのリクエストに可能な限り応えようとする姿勢がひしひし感じられる佳店です。
お通しは出来立て熱々のしっとりしたオカラ。こういうのも大好きなんでテンション↗
そしてタコ好きには外せないイイダコの煮付
この色あいから味も想像できるというもの。 瀬戸内の味です。
刺身はニシ貝、鰆焼き霜作りを軸に9種程度。
ここにのれそれ酢味噌 。 関西から瀬戸内ではよく出てくる穴子の稚魚。もう春ですな〜
幸運なことに偶々この日、仕入れている酒蔵の社長も来店されていて話がはずみました。
あらためてゆっくりお邪魔したい店です。
