もちろん、1人で食べました。
ここでこういう定食を食べるのは初で、特筆して美味しいというわけではないですが、値段から考えるとリピートもありですね。
※定番は焼肉ランチで、これまではこればかり頼んでいました。肉、美味しいです。

上品な焼肉屋です。ちゃんと個室なので、隣も気になりません。
【その他】
以前、目上の方の全おごりで夜来たことがあります(本店に)。たっかい肉を何も気にせず頼める、最高の体験でしたm(__)m

〜雑談〜
脂の多い肉を食べすぎると胃もたれする歳になり、焼肉にめっきり行かなくなりました。
でも、昼に少量食べるのはお財布的にも消化的にもいいみたい。脂が多い肉は消化に時間がかかるので、夜食べるよりは昼に食べる方が睡眠的にもいいそうです。
それを踏まえたわたしの理想の食事は、
朝:卵料理、昼:肉料理、夜:魚料理
とはいえ中々出来ていませんが、よかったら参考にどうぞ。
