ピリ辛のまぜらーめんです。いろいろなものが入っているので、しっかり混ぜて食べてください。ニンニク入れるとかなり美味いです。お好みでマヨネーズもどうぞ |
定例打ち合わせを終えてランチに伺ったのは本町の「麺屋ブーブーモンスター」さん、通常時は夜営業オンリーですが岡山県の時短営業要請を受けられて昼営業をされています！
12時頃の訪問で先客さん1名、鍵の字型カウンターの奥へ入ります。メニューはぶたそば（汁そば）とまぜそばに分かれるようですね！！
注文は新登場の「カレーまぜそば（930円）」、待つこと10分少々で着丼、福神漬けの赤色・カレー粉と黄身の黄色が目立つビジュアルです。
しっかり混ぜて頂きましょう、麺は太麺で加水率高め、プルプル食感が良いですね。油とカレー粉が混ざって食欲を掻き立てる味わい、香ばしいフライドオニオンとシャキシャキ食感の福神漬けが味のアクセントになっていました(*^^*)
キムチの無料サービスも有り、まぜそばの味変にも使えました！。食欲減退気味の盛夏でもガッツリ頂けるカレーまぜそばでした！！
