コロナ禍の中、緊急事態宣言が解除され。
3ヶ月ぶりに、会社の同僚と
事前に予約して、お店に行ってみると、多くのお客さんで。
同じように自粛してたんですね。
奥の個室に案内され、いい雰囲気(^^)
まずは、生中でスタート
料理は、刺盛り、さきいかの天婦羅、タコ天、鶏のから揚げで。
ちょっち、揚物多めで
刺盛りは、鮪、イカ、ハマチ、鯛にサーモン。
どれも、プリっぷりで美味しいです(^o^)
さきいかの天婦羅はボリュームもあって、酒のあてにはピッタリ。
そして、タコ天は生の蛸をぶつ切りにしたものを揚げていて、歯応え、旨味がしっかり。
冷凍物とは全く別物(○_○)!!
少々固くて顎が疲れますは、めちゃくちゃ美味しくて。
料理が全般的に美味しくて、また行きたいです(*^^*)
