料理 めちゃくちゃ本格的な蕎麦で、驚きの期待値越え〜(^^♪
外は初夏ですが、天邪鬼( あまのじゃく)の私、店内の出汁の香りに刺激され
温かいお蕎麦を頂きましたf^_^;)
店主の握るおにぎり、奈良漬、昆布もうまい！
特筆 店内の和の香り出汁、お汁いっぱい。一滴まで飲み干しました。
次回 今度は冷たいざる蕎麦を (^_^)

カウンター席からは、ライブ感漂う店主の腕前を見ながら、楽しめます。(^^♪
ランチはコロナ開けた頃からとの事。
経緯 前々から夜のお店と知っていましたが、お昼通ると看板がありました。
ひとりごと 11時40分に入ったら、12時からでした(^_^;)
でも20分待つ価値ありました (^_^)
