金曜の確か20時頃に訪問。
懐かしい同僚との食事だ。
まずは
◎魚料理・・・唐辛子と花椒が効いたこの餡は美味い。ふっくらとした白身魚に良いスパイスが調和して合う。
続いて
◎餡のスープ・・・野菜がよりマイルドさを与える体に優しいスープ。
◎麻婆豆腐・・・挽肉と唐辛子、花椒と油が良いバランスで和えられ白飯があればいくらでもいけるテイスト。
◎汁なし坦々麺・・・デザート前の〆にはまず間違いないひと品。麺はもちもちで花椒が効き、ピリリと辛く何杯でもいけちゃう。
◎杏仁豆腐・・・私が嫌いなあの安っぽい寒天のような杏仁豆腐ではなくふわっと弾力がありプリンを彷彿させる好きなタイプのもの。甘さ含め美味い。
岡山で人気の四川料理を愉しんだ。
