やっと、行くことができました(*^^*)
四川料理の九眼橋さんに。
こじんまりとしたお店で、テーブル2席に、6人ほど座れるカウンター。
私たちはカウンター席で。
お店も二人できりもりされていて、この規模が限界でしょうか。
先ずは、ビールで喉を潤して。
料理は、よだれ鶏、牛すじの四川風煮込み、四川麻婆豆腐に、本日のオススメの牡蠣を。
先ずは、よだれ鶏から。
茹でた鶏の胸肉に真っ赤なソースが。
ピリ辛でビールが進みます。
続いて、牛すじの四川風煮込み。
唐辛子やラー油の辛そうな赤さが見られないのですが。
この料理は、山椒が主役でした(>_<)
痺れますねーーーー汗がじわーっと
だけど、旨い(^o^)
病み付きになりそうです。
この次は牡蠣料理。
お店に方が私たちの食事スピードにあわせて、料理を提供してくれます。
ぱっとみると、牡蠣は見当たりません。
見えるのは、唐辛子だらけ(@_@)
でも、食べてみると、そこまでは辛くなく、牡蠣の旨味がソース出ていて、メチャクチャ美味しいです(^o^)
〆は四川麻婆豆腐。
赤さは控えめですが、唐辛子と山椒が辛さと痺れを強調して。
でも、メチャ美味しいです。
ご飯が欲しいです。
