平日の夜に訪問。
お店はカウンターとテーブル。
和食のお店のような清楚さがあります。
ビール中瓶 600円(税込)
羊もも肉のクミン炒め 1600円 :
お肉、しめじ、たまねぎ等。
それらと同量くらいのスパイス(唐辛子、葉っぱ、木の実)。
粉のスパイスもたっぷりの模様。
非常に繊細に仕上がっています。
タンタン麺(四川省のあえ麺) 900円 :
具は豚挽き肉、野菜。
スパイスがたっぷりかかっていて、上品な味わい。
中太ストレート麺。
底にオレンジのスープ。
豚挽き肉と芽菜の辛チャーハン 1000円 :
超パラパラ。
これもスパイスの美味しさが際立っています
スパイスをたっぷり、繊細に使ったおいしい中華の品々。
驚きました。
