岡山に本店のある回転寿司チェーンの
マリンポリス．
昔はときどき伺っていましたが，
ここ20年ほどは，ご無沙汰です．
いつの間には，店名もマリンポリスから
海都に変わったのですね．
店に入るとカウンターは2席ずつ仕切りで
区分されていました．
寿司は一皿120円から．
アオサの味噌汁は130円ですが美味しい．
魚のユッケは，魚の切り身をごま油で
和えた軍艦巻きです．
これもなかなかいける味です．
回転寿司には普通の江戸前寿司には無い
特殊に進化した寿司があります．
サラダ巻きやコーンの軍艦巻きなども
寿司としてありだと思います．
先日，ミシュラン３つ星の寿司屋にも
高いお金を払って行きましたが，
ああいう店は，あくまで楽しむための店．
普段使いとしてはこの店で十分だと思います．
