日曜日のお昼におひとり様でお邪魔しました。
岡山市北区JR瀬戸大橋線の大元駅から少々の場所にある、海都（マリンポリス）本店です。
１２０円から４８０円の価格帯の回転すしチェーン店です。（税別）
実は近くの蕎麦店を目指してきましたが、店舗を見つけられずこちらに急きょお邪魔しました。
帰宅してから地図をよく見ると、ビミョーに位置がずれている模様・・・
食べログの地図情報はイマイチあてにならない・・・
１２時３０分過ぎの入店ですが、数組の待ち状態が続いています。賑わっています。
客席数は極少なめですが、職人さんは３人ほどで回されています。
といっても、シャリは機械のようでカウンターから見える位置に鎮座していました。(^^;)
あまり期待していませんでしたが、ネタは良いものを使用されているようです。
特に感動したのはズリ。２４０円皿ですが、程よい歯ごたえと脂ののった食べ応えのあるものでこの日一番。
他はイカ、サーモン、エンガワ、生エビ、ネギトロ軍艦でしたが、外れは無しです。

前回から3年ぶりかな、土曜日の14時過ぎの訪問です。
カウンター席の片付け待ちの席の隣に着席です。
この日は120円の皿から360円の皿まで11皿で、2500円強。
一人当たりでは1000円強。
ですが、ご飯の炊き方を失敗されたのか、硬い。
シャリマシーンの調子が悪いのか、ご飯が崩れます。
以前、すし店ではあえて古米を使うと聞いたことがありましたが、粘り気が出すぎないためと理解していました。
シャリが崩れるほど粘り気のない米を使用するなら本末転倒だと思います。
ネタが良いだけに残念。
特に印象に残ったのはイサキに赤エビ、ハマチトロ(ズリ)です。
特にエビの甘さが印象的です。
