今回のお店は「加藤水産直送いとう」
岡山駅前から徒歩５分くらいの場所にあるお店です
加藤水産って名前は初めて聞いたのですが、岡山の会社なのかな？
外に牡蠣の文字があって牡蠣が食べたくて飛び込みで来店しました。
来店したのは土曜日の２３時頃ですが、それほど人は多くなかったです

こちらの海鮮丼は石焼鍋におにぎりをおいてその上にお刺身が５重層くらいに重なってて
テーブルに置かれると、あんかけして、ジュージューという音とともに楽しみます。
牡蠣が食べたくて来店、でてきた牡蠣はプリップリッでした。
個人的には、蒸し牡蠣の気持ちだったので、蒸し牡蠣があって嬉しかったです
この時期限定の牡蠣、今年はたくさん食べれました。
今年の牡蠣は、例年より長く食べれると聞いたので、あと１回はどこかで食べたいと思います
