緊急事態宣言も収まり、コロナ禍がついに収まりつつある10月末。岡山に出張。前入りして。岡山県のおいしい魚と酒でも楽しもうという趣向。岡山駅の周辺を一人さまよい歩いてみたものの、日曜の夜ということもあり、なかなかよい感じの店は開いていない。水産会社の直営らしい謳い文句に連れられて入ってみたのがここ。
店構えは、小キレイな割烹風ですが、働いている人のノリは居酒屋。全体的に若い店員さんに、ベテランの板さんが、カウンターにいるスタイル。産地直送の魚貝はすこし高めの値段設定。
ということで、注文したのは、鯛の刺身。酢の物を食べたいと思ったが、シャコもタコの酢の物も売り切れ。なので、鯵の南蛮漬け。出し巻きに。天ぷら。
鯛の鮮度は、よく、つまも大振りだがまあ。サラダ感覚で食べられる。鯵の南蛮漬けは普通。
出し巻きも、まあいける。天ぷらは、量が多いが、衣あつめであまり感心しない。料理人がいまいちかもしれないな。
日本酒にはこだわっているようだが、コロナ禍で、日曜ということもあったのだろう。置いていないものが多かった。地元の多賀治の純米を飲んだが、これはなかなか良かった。
若い店長は店を盛り上げようと熱心な印象。
