"Okayama finally has Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where you order by the slice!!" That was back in 2016 (lol) Finally, I was able to go. Wow, there are so many yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in Okayama. It's located in Tamachi. The restaurant's name is "Tamachi~". I would be surprised if it was in Yanagimachi or somewhere else. The exterior is made of glass, so you can see inside clearly, so it's easy to enter. The turnover inside the restaurant is pretty fast, with customers coming and going. I took this photo just as customers were leaving. The price of each piece Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is really written on it! They also have meat sashimi, and plenty of side dishes. They also have assorted platters in units of a few pieces, so it's perfect for solo Yakiniku (Grilled meat)! They don't use gas, but a solid charcoal fire. Charcoal is the best after all. The sauce is simple. If you want to eat good meat, this is just the right amount. I'm happy that the rice comes out first. It seems like a given, but there are some restaurants that don't. The difference between the small and medium size is huge... and the medium size is really big. The "Kimchi platter" is also important. First, I ordered "Salted beef tongue". What a beautiful color! I was the only one who ordered "Fresh liver". It was grilled well. Next, we ordered the high-quality cuts! "Shinshin" is the center part of the thigh and is characterized by its softness. Even though it is so thin, you can really taste the flavor. "Kamenoko" is a similar cut to Shinshin, but this one has more lean meat and is more elastic. Compared to Shinshin, the marbling is completely different. It's crazy, just looking at the photo of it being grilled is making my stomach churn (lol) Yes, we ordered one portion each of "Kalbi" and "Skirt steak". Kalbi! For me, it's ripe when the fat floats to the surface. I wasn't satisfied, so I added the "Hormone platter". 580 yen for all of this is cheap!! The portions aren't large overall, but I think there are many people who want to eat a little bit of everything! As you get over 30, your desires change from quantity to quality, so restaurants like this are really appreciated!
