What a waste!! ️ Looking for a restaurant in Okayama City where you can eat delicious duck dishes, I contacted Yoshimi, a restaurant that also has private rooms. I was told that there were no private rooms available, but I made a reservation because they said they would divide the table seats with roll curtains to make it feel like a private room. When I told them over the phone that I wanted to eat duck, they kindly agreed to it✨ If you want a full course of duck, it costs ¥5,500, but they also have single items available. When I looked at the menu, there were many dishes that looked delicious, so I decided to order them individually. There is a coin parking lot next to the parking lot, and there are many coin parking lots nearby. I ordered two servings of duck hotpot, grilled duck with black pepper, boiled duck in jibuni, and boiled duck loin. A full course of duck as a single item lol It's been a long time since I've been back, and I'm toasting with a highball and Chuhai Kyoho.The duck loin is soft, flavorful, and delicious. Perfect for drinking alcohol. The grilled black pepper duck was beautifully presented! ️The thickly cut meat is carefully cut with a knife, and although it's filling, it's very tender and juicy.The black pepper gives it a tangy accent, which goes well with alcohol. The grilled green onions that come with it are also sweet and delicious✨ The dish for the duck jibuni is beautiful. The duck meat is sprinkled with flour, has a chewy texture, and the soup stock is gentle and delicious! ️ And finally, today's main dish, duck hotpot ✨ The duck meat is beautiful, thick and the volume is amazing ✨ Each piece is shabu shabu and served with gray green onions and yellow chives. It's ready to eat when it turns slightly whitish and pink. The meat has no odor at all and is very tender as it is not overcooked. The flavor of the fat is strong and refreshing. It’s so delicious!! ️It's the best!! ️ The juniors seemed to be very satisfied with the delicious duck dish, and it was so delicious that they took their time savoring it. It was nice to have a private room so we could have detailed conversations without worrying about those around us. All of the staff were friendly and the food was delicious, as well as the presentation and tableware, making it a very nice restaurant.
