この日は岡山駅前でランチタイムとなったので、行きたかったお店に行ってきました。
にぎり処 貫太のすし さんです(*'▽')
店内は長いカウンターが特徴的ですね。板前さんの店主さんが元気よく注文を聞いてくれます。
今回は煮魚定食にしました。この日はサワラでした。
身がふっくらしててとても美味しいです(∩´∀｀)∩ 出汁をしっかり吸っててたまりません。
大きな切り身なので食べ応えがあります。付け合わせの大根も美味しいです。
茶碗蒸しも出汁が効いてます。エビやシイタケ、銀杏などもしっかり入ってます。
ごはんがモリモリ進みます(*´ω｀*)
お寿司屋さんだけあって魚がとても美味しく、どれも手を尽くしたお味です。
