I was meeting my daughter who lives in Okayama for the first time in a long time, and I was looking for a place to have lunch, but since it was Eve Eve, I had a hard time getting a reservation, so I finally found this restaurant. In reality, the reception may have been at the Christmas dinner price, but they instead provided us with a lunch course. When you enter the store, the staff will greet you outside. She had a wonderful smile and was very likable. I was seated at a counter seat with a partition for two people. I was able to enjoy the host's cooking right in front of my eyes. If I had to describe the course dishes in one word, it would be ``high quality.'' Each ingredient, flavor, technique, and container has its own merits, but you can enjoy a harmonious dish without canceling out each other. On the way home, my husband came to see me off, and for the first time in a while I felt a sense of satisfaction. Thank you very much for the meal.
