そぼ降る雨の中をランチに伺ったのは平和町のMARIOさん、表町のお店には一度ランチでお邪魔しました！！ 以前は夜営業だけでしたが現在は蕎麦メニューでランチ営業をされています。
店内はお洒落な空間ですね、厨房前にカウンター席とテーブル席、窓が大きいので眺めは良いんですが歩道からも店内が見渡せます^^;
注文は「盛りそばセット（900円）」、おにぎりor小鉢3品の選択、私はおにぎりをチョイス、待つこと10分少々で配膳です！
蕎麦は十割ということですが二八並にしっとり感があって瑞々しいですね！、十割で良く見掛けるごわっとした食感はなく水分をしっかり含んでいます、風味は弱いですが喉越し良好です。つけ汁は辛くなく爽やかな味わいでした。
おにぎりは炊き込み仕様かな、しっとり感があって上には海老のむき身、盛りそばのお供に最適でした^^
食後には蕎麦湯を頂きながら暫しまったり．．．新型コロナで今年のGWも巣篭もりになりそうです(´-ω-`)
