(天津飯+味噌ラーメン)
・JR山陽本線 岡山駅から徒歩で約6〜7分、ビルの4階にある中華レストラン。
・スープ:鶏ガラベースの味噌スープ。デフォルトで白、黒胡麻がタップリと掛かってます。
・麺は中sizeのストレート麺。スープとよく絡んでます。
・具材は薄切りのチャーシュー1枚、メンマ、もやし、ワカメと刻みネギ。
・店内2人掛けテーブル5卓、4人掛けテーブル2卓と4〜6名用ソファ席4卓。
2022.6.11にopenされたばかりの此方を早速の初訪。
ボリュームはともかく、正直味は期待していませんでしたが、やってきた味噌ラーメンが意外にも美味い！
天津飯はちょっと小振りですが、甘めの味付けの餡で此方も結構美味い。
次回はご飯おかわり自由+コーヒーの付いたランチ(1180円)をいただいてみたいです。
