どろ焼き、岡山以外にもあるのかな。
どろやきって、あたしの小さな時、おとうさんに連れられて、お店に来た時始めて食べた記憶があるわ。とっても美味しかったのは。それからちょくちょく通っています。
今回もどろねぎシーフードをいただきました。えび、いか、たこなどがはいっているどろやきは、何と無く、もんじゃ焼きのような、お好み焼きのような中間的な見た目ね。とっても出汁が効いていて、魚介の旨味もたっぷり出ているし、美味しいわよ。
昔から変わらないお味。
