座席 ： １段のコンベアを囲むようにテーブル席があるレイアウトです。
給仕タイミング ： 注文はタッチパネル方式。児島店は新幹線が運んで
来たけどこちらの総社店はお皿が直接流れてくるタイプ。カバーなし。
セルフ度合い ： お茶を入れたりするのはセルフです。
使ったお金 ： 1000円／人くらいです。
