岡山県の中西部、総社市役所前にオープンしたラーメン店です。
平日に時間が取れたので、某総社市長のツイートで存在を知ったお店に初訪問。
和風ラーメンもリストにはありましたが、つけそばと油そばがメインのようで、夜は居酒屋営業もされている模様。
二人用テーブルが２席とカウンター席の小さなお店ですが、テーブル席の残り１席と賑わっています。
とりめし、サラダの付いたランチセット1000円を注文。
自分はつけそばで、奥さんは油そばをお願いしました。
この日のサラダはオクラととうふのサラダ。
薬味はかつお節のみですが、程よい塩味で旨しです。
とりめしは茹でた胸肉に多めのワサビを、とろみのある濃いめの醤油で頂くスタイル。
つけそばは、ラーメンの麺を使ったざるそばというイメージ。
和風だしに刻んだ玉ねぎとを入れて麺を啜るスタイル。
ただ、トッピングのチャーシューが浮いた感じで、もう一工夫欲しいかな。
スダチが付いていたので、後半に味変して頂きましたが、旨しです。
