この日は、大きなテーブルで３組。
3組といえど20人超の満員御礼。
コースの予約をしていたので、ドリンクを選びます。
スパークリングをボトルで。かんぱーい♪
アミューズからスタートです。
大ダコの食感がよく、甘エビとあん肝とのバランスが絶妙。
前菜プレートには、キッシュロレーヌ、稚鮎のマリネ、シャコにサーモン。
そして、すぐ側で、カットしていただいたプロシュート♪
益々期待が高まります。
紫イモのポタージュ。
気にならない甘さと、紫イモ独特の風味。
淡白な鯛の身が引き立つソースです。ヒラメのチョイスもできました。
お肉には、鴨のローストを。
この鴨がすごい。
鴨がこんな塊のままで出てくるのは初めて。
画像では伝わらないのが残念。比較対象物置けばよかったかな。
インパクトはあるけど、自分でスライスするより、適度な厚さにカットされている方が食べやすいような…。
凝縮された美味しさがしっかりあります。
最後にデザートのチーズケーキもいただいて、でも超満腹ってほどでもない、良い満足度。
