倉敷美観地区のフレンチで癒されました。
以前、通りかかって気になっていたプルミエさんへお邪魔しました。
ランチ3,100円を注文して待つこと暫し。アミューズは、下津井のタコとあん肝でした。優しい感じの始まりで期待感が増す中、オードブルは10種類程度で、特にフランス産の生ハムが印象に残りました。続いて、じゃがいものポタージュはやや底冷えする今日にはぴったり。メインは鴨のローストを選択。牛フィレと悩んだものの、お店の方のお勧めに従いました。ローストの加減は自分の好みよりもしっかりめでしたが、味わってみると鴨の味がしっかり伝わり大満足。
料理全体が優しめで、疲れ気味の身体を癒していただきました！
